Business Strategy
The business strategy, at the top of the funnel, is the quick overview of your business, its goals, and foresight of where it is going.
Mission Statement and Vision Statement
Finding your mission statement will help remind you of your why and offer motivation to you and your team as you move through the journey of being a business owner. Your vision will offer the guidance of where your business is going and your ultimate purpose of existing as a business.
Objectives
Your objectives are your goals and priorities of your business. What exactly are you trying to achieve, or want to achieve? What are you working towards? Your objectives will be your guiding points as you continue through the other strategies.
Finding Value
You’ve set your objectives, but WHY are those your objectives? That is the value of your objectives, in relation to your business.
What’s Your Pitch?
Your elevator pitch is a quick conversation starter about your business, to help you entice the conversation to focus on your business. You never know who you will be stuck next to and your pitch will help break through a great conversation starter.
